Eliminate preassure point in snowboard boots?

Roman G. asked: I have tried several sizes/brands of snowboard boots - and feel strong preassure on the bone that sticks out on the inner side of the leg above hill (medial malleolus). Is there anything I can try to eliminate that? Are some lacing systems more forgiving then others?

Would it be easier to land jumps and do ollies with a shorter or longer snowboard?
