Those black plastic strips with the ‘teeth’ that tighten your bindings… they are all the same for snowboarding boots/roller/ice skates etc. what are the black plastic teeth strips called?

(Because I want to buy some new one for my snowboard bindings as mine are too short.)

also does anyone know where i can buy this..?

    binding replacement straps???……you can do a yahoo search for them…..or find a local snowboard shop!…just an idea!!

    The straps with the teeth are usually called Ratchet Straps or Ladder Straps. The strap that goes over you toes are Toe Straps (most bindings have Cap style straps but they are still toe straps) and the upper strap is usually called an Ankle Strap or an Instep Strap.

    Most good snowboard shops should have replacement parts in their back shop and if they don’t, the repair shop at the resort you ride at will almost always have them.
