Snowboarding Q & A

Vampires[will never hurt you] asked:

for the rest of this season?
It includes the board, bindings, and boots. (all Burton)
Im pretty much a beginner too, but I have skied my entire life and i bought a season pass so im wondering if i should wait until next year or spend the money now. Because i really like snowboarding and i go up all weekend every week.

sorry if im kind of confusing, but any suggestions?
they wont give me a discount, i asked =(

    that’s good price…….personally, i don’t like burton boots…not comfy at all…and their boards are a wee over-priced…bindings are cool…. spend the money!

i wish i could go up every weekend…it takes like 2 hours to get to mt. high…

I work at a ski area and snowboard rental there is $33 a day so based on that if you were going 5 times or more it is a pretty good deal. Being that the season is half over I’d ask if they’d give you a reduced rate.

id say its a deal. i dont ride all burton, but burton products are top of the line; i really respect their gear. just take it and have a good time.

If you get the gear until the end of the season go for it. Don’t worry about the brand, when you’re a rookie you just need to get out there and work it out.

yes thats a great deal especially for including boots and bindings—at the end of the season see if they offer you a buy-out option when you return it–that is if you still like it then…if not, you can make a decision based on your riding style(park, bumps, cruisers, etc) as to what gear to buy for next year–btw, you can get some great deals at the end of the year so be on the lookout
